Trips worth celebrating

A honeymoon you will talk about for years, a fortieth worth the number, a wedding with everyone on the beach. I plan it, book it and make the moments happen.

Why plan it with a travel agent

It only happens once. The trip should feel unforgettable, not like a guess.

On a honeymoon or an anniversary, the view, the room and the dinner are the trip, and the first ones you find online are rarely the best ones. For a wedding, every guest’s question lands on you in the weeks you have the least time.

That is where I come in. I find the right place for the occasion, book the room worth paying for, and arrange the moments that make it yours.

Destination wedding travel planning

I planned my own in two weeks

In September 2022 my husband and I got married on Clearwater Beach. We wanted to marry sooner rather than later, so I planned the whole wedding in two weeks and sent the invitations with three months’ notice. We kept it intimate: our wedding party and our immediate families.

The salon morning, a sunset dinner cruise, a perfect beach ceremony and massages were all booked ahead, and I still had time to plan our honeymoon afterward. A week later, a hurricane hit Clearwater Beach. We count ourselves lucky. That is when I realized the part everyone else found stressful was the part I loved.

Now I plan the travel for other couples’ weddings:

  • The resort that fits your guest list and your budget
  • A room block, with one place every guest books
  • Guest transfers and answers to their questions, so they come to me, not you
  • Your honeymoon, planned alongside it
  • Working with the resort’s wedding team on the day itself

Celebration travel planning, done for you

What you get

  • The right place for the occasion

Adults only or not, quiet or lively, one resort or two stops, matched to the two of you or the whole group.

  • The room worth paying for

Which upgrade is a real difference at that resort, and which one is only a bigger number.

  • The moments, arranged

Champagne in the room, the cake at dinner, a private table on the sand. Booked before it fills.

  • Guests, kept simple

One place to book, each guest paying their own way, and nobody chasing anybody for money.

  • Booked before you leave

Dinners, excursions and private transfers reserved ahead, so you arrive to a plan.

  • Text me the whole trip

A change of plans or a last-minute reservation? You text me and I take care of it.

Questions

Honeymoon and wedding travel questions

How far ahead should we plan a honeymoon?

Six to twelve months ahead gives the best choice of rooms and views, especially at smaller adults-only resorts. If the wedding is sooner than that, it is still worth asking.

Do you plan the wedding itself?

I plan the travel: the resort, the room block, your guests’ bookings and their transfers. The ceremony, flowers and decor are handled by the resort’s own wedding team, and I work alongside them.

How do guests book for a destination wedding?

Each guest books and pays for their own room through one place I set up, so nobody fronts the cost for everyone and your guests bring their questions to me, not to you.

Can you arrange something special for an anniversary or birthday?

Yes. A note in the room, a cake at dinner, champagne waiting when you arrive, or a private dinner on the beach. Tell me what you are celebrating and I will arrange it.

Does it cost more to plan a celebration trip with you?

For resort stays and cruises, no. The hotels and cruise lines pay me, so you pay the same as booking direct. Custom and multi-stop trips carry a planning fee, agreed before I begin. How I am paid.

Tell me what you are celebrating

The occasion, who is coming and roughly when. I will take it from there.
