The girls’ trip that actually happens

Beach weeks, birthday blowouts, a bachelorette weekend, a boat day with your best friends. I plan it, book it, and keep it simple for the whole group, so you just have to show up.

Why friends use a travel agent

Six friends, four calendars, and a group chat full of ideas. You want the trip, not the job of organizing it.

Everyone has an opinion and nobody wants to be the one who books. Somebody ends up chasing dates, comparing resorts and fronting deposits, and that somebody does not get much of a vacation.

That is where I come in. I narrow it to options that fit the group, set it up so everyone books and pays their own share, and handle the details from the first dinner to the last boat day.

Girls’ trips, bachelorettes and birthday trips

Where friends go

  • Beach and all-inclusive escapes

Pool days, beach clubs and dinners nobody has to plan, in Mexico, Jamaica and across the Caribbean.
  • Bachelorette trips

The group dinner, the boat day and the surprises for the bride, arranged before anyone packs.
  • Food, wine and city trips

Pasta classes in Italy, tapas in Spain or a wine weekend closer to home.
  • Adventure trips

Zip-lines, waterfalls, snorkeling and surf lessons, for the friends who want stories, not just tans.
  • Girls’ cruises

A new port every day and cabins side by side, with one plan for the whole group.

How group trip planning works

One plan. Everyone in.

  1. One person sends the details

Who is coming, roughly when, the budget range and what would make it unforgettable. Nobody else has to fill anything in yet.

  2. I find options the group can agree on

Two or three trips with real prices, easy to share in the group chat, so the vote is quick.

  3. Everyone books their own share

Each friend books and pays for herself, and I keep the dinners, excursions and transfers on one plan everyone can see.

Group travel planning, done for you

What you get

  • Everyone pays their own way

No one fronts the trip, and nobody chases friends for money.

  • Rooms that suit the group

Shared rooms, side-by-side rooms or a villa, matched to how your group likes to stay.

  • Group dinners booked

Tables for eight are hard to find. I book them before you leave.

A birthday cake, a sash for the bride or champagne waiting in the room.

  • Text me the whole trip

A change of plans or a last-minute table? You text me and I take care of it.

Questions

Girls’ trip questions

How do payments work for a girls’ trip?

Everyone pays their own share directly, so nobody fronts the whole trip or chases friends for money.

How far ahead should we plan a girls’ trip?

Four to six months ahead works for most long weekends. For holiday weeks, spring break or a big group, start six to nine months out so everyone gets the room they want.

Do you plan bachelorette trips?

Yes. Beach weekends, city trips and all-inclusive resorts, with the group dinner, the boat day and the little surprises for the bride arranged ahead.

What if someone in the group has to cancel?

It depends on the booking. I explain each person’s cancellation terms and travel protection options before anyone pays, so there are no surprises later.

Does it cost more to plan a girls’ trip with you?

For resort stays and cruises, no. The hotels and cruise lines pay me, so everyone pays the same as booking direct. Custom and multi-stop trips carry a planning fee, agreed before I begin. How I am paid.
