Who I am
This website belongs to Jocelyn & Co. Travel, a part of Cydnie Jocelyn LLC, based in Stacy, Minnesota. I am an Independent Travel Agent, affiliated with Atlas Coast Travel Group. When this page says “I” or “me”, it means Jocelyn & Co. Travel.
What I collect
- What you send me. When you fill in the Begin planning form, email, call or text me, I receive what you share: your name, email address, phone number, who is traveling, dates, budget and the kind of trip you have in mind.
- Details needed to book. If we plan a trip together, I may ask for traveler names, birth dates, passport or ID details and preferences that suppliers need. I ask for these directly when the booking requires them, never through this website.
- Basic technical data. Like every website, the servers that host this site record standard information such as your browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
I do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website.
How I use it
- To reply to your inquiry and plan your trip.
- To book travel with the resorts, cruise lines, tour operators and other suppliers you choose, who receive what they need to provide your booking.
- To send your itinerary, documents and updates, and to keep in touch while you travel.
- To meet legal, accounting and host agency requirements.
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Services that help me
A few trusted services handle information on my behalf:
- HoneyBook runs the Begin planning form and my client records. The form is loaded from HoneyBook and may use its own cookies to work properly.
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Travel suppliers and Atlas Coast Travel Group receive the booking details needed to confirm and service your trip.
Each of these companies has its own privacy policy.
Cookies
This website itself does not set cookies. The HoneyBook form on the Begin planning page may set cookies needed for the form to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the form may not work without them.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to plan and service your trips and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email jocelyncotravel@gmail.com or call or text 612-412-1518, and I will respond promptly.
Children
This website is meant for adults planning travel. I collect children’s details only from a parent or guardian, when they are needed for a booking.
Changes
If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page.
