Retreat planner in Stacy, Minnesota

You lead the retreat. I plan the rest.

Wellness, fitness and yoga retreats, coaching and business retreats, women’s and community getaways. I find the venue, set up the rooms and handle every travel detail, so you can focus on your guests.

Why retreat hosts use a travel agent

Planning a retreat is a second job. You should be leading it, not chasing room lists.

Finding a venue that fits the group, holding enough rooms and answering every guest’s travel questions can take months, and it pulls you away from the part only you can do.

That is where I come in. I plan the travel side of your retreat, from the first venue search to the last airport transfer, and you keep your time for the program.

Retreat planning for hosts and groups

Retreats I plan

  • Wellness and fitness retreats

Yoga, fitness, mindfulness or any kind of wellness: a place with room to move, healthy meals and quiet rooms to rest in.

  • Coaching and business retreats

A setting that helps the group think, with the space your sessions need factored into the location, and free time that feels earned.

  • Women’s and community retreats

Shared or private rooms, group meals and real time to connect.

How retreat planning works

From idea to arrivals

  1. Tell me about your retreat

Your group size, dates, budget and what the days should hold. You do not need a venue yet.

  2. I find the venue and set it up

Two or three options with real prices, then the rooms held and one place for your guests to book.

  3. You lead, I handle the travel

Guests bring their travel questions to me, and transfers, meals and excursions are arranged before anyone arrives.

Full-service retreat planning

You lead it. I plan it.

  • The venue

Searched, compared and booked for your group size, program and budget.

  • A room block

Rooms held for your guests, with one place for everyone to book.

  • Guests pay their own way

Each guest books and pays for their own place, so you are not collecting money.

  • Arrivals and transfers

Airport transfers arranged, so the retreat starts the moment your guests land.

  • Meals and excursions

Group dinners, boat days and spa time booked before anyone packs.

  • Guest questions

Your guests bring their travel questions to me, not to you.

I plan your retreat; you lead it. I do not travel with the group, and I stay reachable by text the whole time.

Questions

Retreat planning questions

Do you attend the retreat?

No. I plan the retreat and you lead it. I stay reachable by text while your group travels, and I handle any changes from home.

How do guest payments work?

Each guest books and pays for their own place through one link I set up, so you are not collecting money from everyone.

How far ahead should I plan a retreat?

Nine to twelve months gives the best choice of venues and dates, especially for larger groups. Smaller retreats can often come together in six months.

Where can I hold a retreat?

The Caribbean, including my favorites St. Lucia and St. Maarten, Mexico and Europe. If your group has somewhere else in mind, tell me and I will look at it.

Does it cost more to plan a retreat with you?

Retreats are custom trips, so they carry a planning fee, agreed with you before I begin. How I am paid.

Ready to plan your retreat?

Tell me about your group and your dates. I will take it from there.
