Who I am
Jocelyn & Co. Travel is a part of Cydnie Jocelyn LLC, based in Stacy, Minnesota. I am an Independent Travel Agent, affiliated with Atlas Coast Travel Group. I arrange travel on your behalf with resorts, cruise lines, tour operators and other suppliers. I do not own or operate any of them.
Information on this website
Trip ideas, sample itineraries, school break dates and travel tips on this website are general information to help you plan. Prices, availability, schedules and supplier policies change often and are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed in writing.
Bookings
- Every booking is subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier providing it, including their payment, cancellation, change and refund rules. I explain these before you pay.
- For resort stays, theme park vacations and cruises, suppliers pay my commission, so you pay the same as booking direct. Custom and multi-stop trips carry a planning fee from $350, agreed in writing before I begin.
- Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, identification and health requirements for their destinations.
- I strongly recommend travel protection. If you decline it, you accept the financial risk of cancellations, delays and other disruptions.
Our responsibility
I take great care in planning your trip. Suppliers are independent businesses, and I am not responsible for their acts, omissions, failures or changes, or for events outside my control such as weather, illness, strikes or travel restrictions. To the extent the law allows, my responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid me directly.
Content and trademarks
The text, design and photographs on this website belong to Jocelyn & Co. Travel or are used under license, and may not be copied without permission. Supplier names, logos and photographs, including Disney destination names and images, belong to their owners and are used as permitted. Jocelyn & Co. Travel is not endorsed by or affiliated with those suppliers except as an independent seller of their travel.
